Jörg Bantleon is the Principal Owner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon AG. In 1991, he laid the foundation for today's Bantleon Group by founding Bantleon AG (now Bantleon GmbH) in his hometown of Hanover. In the course of further expansion, he founded Bantleon AG in Zug in 1994. He has a total of 37 years of professional experience in the banking industry. Before becoming self-employed, he worked as a trained savings bank clerk in securities and interbank trading in Germany and the UK.

Jörg Schubert is Member of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon AG in Zurich and responsible for the direct equity investments of the Bantleon Group. Besides, he is Chairman of the Executive Board of Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hanover.

In 1994, Jörg Schubert began his career at Bantleon in Hanover, initially as bond trader and later as specialist for the structuring of institutional bond portfolios.

In 1999, he became member of the Executive Board of the German entity and Head of Sales for institutional and private investors in Germany. In February 2022, Jörg Schubert moved to the Supervisory Board of the parent company Bantleon AG. In addition, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Invest AG from August 2023 until September 2024, which has been renamed Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in January 2025.

Jörg Schubert trained as a banker and has a total of 30 years of experience in the financial sector.

Dr. Harald Preißler is Capital Market Strategist of the Bantleon Group. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hanover as well as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bantleon AG, Zurich.

After his studies in economics at the University of Würzburg with the main emphasis on monetary policies, economic cycles and growth theory, mathematical economic theory as well as empirical economic research, he first of all started working as a research assistant at the Universities of Würzburg and Ulm. While he was doing his PhD to become a Doctor of Economic Science, which he completed with a »summa cum laude«, he already started working as a Senior Analyst at Bantleon Bank AG in Switzerland in 1999.

In the year 2001, he was appointed as Head of Economic Research. He became Chief Economist at Bantleon Bank AG in 2005 and was nominated Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in 2010.

At the end of 2017, Harald Preißler relinquished his duties as Chief Economist in order to concentrate on the further expansion of the Asset Management as CIO. In September 2018, he joined the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Bank AG, which changed its name to Bantleon AG in May 2022, as Vice Chairman. In August 2023, he was also elected to the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, whose chairmanship he took over in October 2024. In these functions, he is responsible for the strategic development of the asset manager Bantleon.

Harald Preißler has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector.

Urs Held is Head of IT/Business Analysis at Bantleon AG, Zurich, and member of the Supervisory Board at Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hanover.

After graduating from ETH Zurich as a MSc in engineering, Urs Held began his professional career as a project manager at Rosenthaler + Partner AG, Zurich, where his responsibilities included setting up a project controlling framework for several major infrastructure projects and establishing an internal quality management system. In 2000, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, Zurich. His responsibilities in the Global Risk Management Solutions division included project controlling for a strategic project for a major Swiss bank as well as the management of various projects.

From 2003 to 2011, he was responsible for the analysis and implementation of the IT requirements in the areas of risk controlling, portfolio management, quantitative analysis, business development and operations at Bantleon in Switzerland. He then worked as a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. At the same time, he developed database solutions for process automation and implemented CRM solutions as an IT consultant. From 2016 to 2022, Urs Held was a project manager in the finance department of the Swiss accident insurer Suva. There he was responsible, among other things, for the further development, maintenance and operation of the asset management platform.

Since May 2022, Urs Held has been responsible for the operation and further development of the IT infrastructure as Head of IT/Business Analysis at Bantleon AG in Zurich. In addition, as Information Security Officer, he is responsible for the further development and monitoring of the IT risk management systems and business continuity management.

Stefan Hiestand is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in Zurich.

After his apprenticeship as a Banker at the former trading bank NatWest in Zurich, Stefan Hiestand initially worked there as a Junior Sales and Floor Trader. In 1985, he moved to Citicorp Investment Bank AG, Zurich, as Head of Sales Equity, Warrants and Bonds, and in 1989 to National Westminster Bank in London as Vice Director, where he was responsible for trading Swiss, German and French equities. From 1990 to 1993, he was Head of Sales Equities and Derivatives at J. Henry Schroder Bank AG in Zurich, where he developed derivative and equity strategies for professional asset management and advised institutional clients. From the end of 1993, he established the Swiss branch of the investment bank Jefferies (International) Ltd. in Zurich as CEO.

In 2007, Stefan Hiestand founded AgaNola AG, Pfäffikon, an asset manager specialising in convertible bonds, which was renamed Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG in March 2020 following a majority shareholding of Credit Suisse Group. Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was one of the leading managers of investment-grade convertible bonds and subsequently received several awards for the performance of its funds. He was CEO until 2017, then Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has also held this position since Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was renamed Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in October 2024. In addition, he founded SH Advisory GmbH, Wollerau, in 2023 and holds several board memberships.

Sebatian Finke is Member of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in Zurich and Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon in Zurich. He is responsible for Finance and Accounting, for Risk Management and Legal & Compliance as well as for Investment Management.

In January 2017, Sebastian Finke started as Senior Investment Manager at Bantleon in Hannover and subsequently set up the Bantleon office in Munich. As Authorised Signatory and Head of Equity Portfolio Management, he was responsible for setting up the business unit »Equities and Alternative Solutions« and for developing various investment strategies. In January 2020, Sebastian Finke was announced Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH in Munich and was responsible for Equity Portfolio Management and Investment Solutions.

Before joining Bantleon, he worked as an M&A consultant for an industrial group. There he was involved in various buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions of different sizes and complexity as a specialist in financial due diligence and company valuation.

Sebastian Finke holds a Master's degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh Business School and has more than ten years of experience in the financial sector.
