As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Stephan Kuhnke is Chairman of the Executive Board and responsible for Economic Research as well as Portfolio Management.

Following his graduate traineeship at Commerzbank AG in Hanover, Stephan Kuhnke held various client and process related functions before moving on to become trader for high-quality bonds at Bantleon in Hanover in 1994. Initially he covered sales and structuring and subsequently the actual trading of fixed-interest bonds between national and international banks.

In January 1997, he became Assistant of the Board at Bantleon in Hanover and took over the management of the security bond trading at Bantleon in Switzerland as Deputy Executive Director in the same year. In 1999, he was announced Chairman of the Executive Board.

As Chief Financial Officer, Sebastian Finke is Member of the Executive Board and responsible for Finance and Accounting, for Risk Management and Legal & Compliance as well as for Investment Management. Besides, he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hanover, and Member of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in Zurich. 

In January 2017, Sebastian Finke started as Senior Investment Manager at Bantleon in Hannover and subsequently set up the Bantleon office in Munich. As Authorised Signatory and Head of Equity Portfolio Management, he was responsible for setting up the business unit »Equities and Alternative Solutions« and for developing various investment strategies. In January 2020, Sebastian Finke was announced Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH in Munich and was responsible for Equity Portfolio Management and Investment Solutions. In 2023, he was announced Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon AG in Zurich.

Before joining Bantleon, he worked as an M&A consultant for an industrial group. There he was involved in various buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions of different sizes and complexity as a specialist in financial due diligence and company valuation.

Sebastian Finke holds a Master's degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh Business School.

As Member of the Executive Board, Jan Dismer is responsible for Institutional Relationship Management.

Jan Dismer completed a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Corporate Finance/Investment Banking and Risk Management/ Banking Supervision. During his studies, he passed several sections at the Commerzbank group, national as well as international. Following his studies in 2009, Jan Dismer worked as a private banking consultant at Commerzbank AG in Hannover and later, until 2012, as a securities specialist.

In January 2013, Jan Dismer started as Relationship Manager at Bantleon and became Senior Relationship Manager in 2016. In that function, he was contact person for financial institutions, industrial companies, pension schemes, insurances and foundations. In September 2022, he was announced Head of Relationship Management for Financial Institutions. In February 2025 he was appointed as Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon GmbH.

As Member of the Executive Board, Marius Hoppe is responsible for Finance and Accounting, Risk Management and  Compliance.

Marius Hoppe joined Bantleon in July 2016 in the accounting/controlling department and in this role built up the Management Company. In December 2016, he became authorised signatory, and in January 2019 Head of Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management, in February 2022, he was announced Member of the Executive Board of today's Bantleon GmbH.

Before joining Bantleon, Marius Hoppe worked in tax consulting and auditing.

He trained as a banker at Commerzbank AG and studied economics at Leibniz University in Hanover.

As Member of the Executive Board Christoph A. Schwarzmann, is responsible for Wholesale as well as Marketing & Communication.

After completing his apprenticeship as a banker at Commerzbank AG, he later graduated at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management with a degree in Banking Business Administration. At Commerzbank, he worked in retail banking and private banking, most recently as branch manager. After working as a senior specialist in product and investment management at Advance Bank AG, he then moved to Activest Investmentgesellschaft in 2004 as sales director for banks and asset manager. This was followed by various sales and management roles at Pioneer Investments (now Amundi), where he most recently worked as Executive Director Third Party Sales.

In December 2020, Christoph Schwarzmann joined Bantleon as Head of Wholesale for Germany and Austria and has been responsible for this business in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg since 2023. In February 2025 he was appointed as Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon GmbH.

Jörg Schubert is Chairman of the Executive Board of  Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hanover.

Jörg Schubert began his career at Bantleon in Hanover in 1994, initially as a bond trader and later as a specialist in the design of institutional bond portfolios. Since 1999, he has been in charge of institutional and private investors in Germany as a member of the Executive Board of the German subsidiary. In February 2022, Jörg Schubert moved to the Supervisory Board of the parent company Bantleon AG, where he served until June 2025. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bantleon Invest from August 2023 to September 2024. In October 2024, Jörg Schubert was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board and is responsible for customer care, corporate strategy and human resources.

As Member of the Executive Board, Stefan Krapf is responsible for IT.

After training as a business assistant and studying mathematics, Stefan Krapf soon took on various responsible positions and management roles in asset management – initially in fund accounting and fund administration, and later in IT coordination and project management. In these roles, he was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of new software, the development of system platforms and the further development of value-added services – most recently as Member of the Executive Board of Frankfurt Trust Invest Luxemburg AG.

From 2009 to 2023, Stefan Krapf was Member of the Executive Board for IT at Universal-IT Services GmbH, where he was responsible for the IT of the Universal group of companies. In October 2024, he was announced Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon Invest AG, which has been renamed Bantleon Invest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in January 2025.

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Oliver Gasser, CFA, is Chairman of the Executive Board and responsible for the overall corporate governance and the Portfolio Management.

After an apprenticeship as a banker at Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (SKA), Oliver Gasser worked in various functions in the trading department of SKA and Credit Suisse First Boston in Zurich. While working, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). From 2002 to 2007, he worked as a credit portfolio manager specialising in securitisation and credit derivatives at UBS in Zurich. In 2008, Gasser moved to Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he headed the Global Credit & Convertibles team. In 2017, he became CEO of AgaNola AG, Pfäffikon, which was renamed Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG in March 2020 following a majority shareholding of Credit Suisse Group.

Since Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was renamed Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in October 2024, Oliver Gasser is CEO of this company, which specialises in global convertible bond strategies. Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was one of the leading managers of investment grade convertible bonds and subsequently received several awards for the performance of its funds.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dominic Züfle is Member of the Executive Board and responsible for Risk Management & Compliance, contacts with supervisory authorities and service providers as well as for business processes.

After completing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Bern, Dominic Züfle began his professional career at Credit Suisse AG in Zurich in 2005 – amongst other things as a Project Manager and Head of Business Management CH/EMEA in the Asset Management division. His responsibilities included operational risk management, strategic support for the COO and the management of cross-divisional projects. He was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Credit Suisse Asset Management Investments Ltd. from 2017 to 2024 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Credit Suisse Asset Management International Holding Ltd. from 2019 to 2024.

In April 2020, Dominic Züfle joined Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG, Pfäffikon, as COO. Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was one of the leading managers of investment grade convertible bonds and subsequently received several awards for the performance of its funds. He was responsible for risk management & compliance, contacts with supervisory authorities and service providers as well as business processes. He continued to work in this position since Credit Suisse Investment Partners AG was renamed Bantleon Convertible Experts AG in October 2024.
