As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Stephan Kuhnke is Chairman of the Executive Board, Head of Economic Research and Portfolio Management since 1999.

Following his graduate traineeship at Commerzbank AG in Hanover, Stephan Kuhnke held various client and process related functions before moving on to become trader for high-quality bonds at Bantleon in Hanover in 1994. Initially he covered sales and structuring and subsequently the actual trading of fixed-interest bonds between national and international banks.

In January 1997, he became Assistant of the Board at Bantleon in Hanover and took over the management of the security bond trading at Bantleon in Switzerland as Deputy Executive Director in the same year. Stephan Kuhnke has a total of 34 years of experience in the banking industry.

Since October 2022, Simon Staehelin is Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon AG in Zürich and responsible for Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Accounting as well as Securities Settlement.

In July 2012, Simon Staehelin started as Legal & Compliance Manager at Bantleon. He was dealing with all legal and regulatory issues concerning the business operations of Bantleon or the launch, management and distribution of collective capital investments.

Before joining Bantleon, he worked in various functions in corporate law firms in London and Zurich.

Simon Staehelin is a trained banker and holds a Master's degree in Law with Economics (Law & Economics) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He has more than 13 years of experience in the financial sector.

Since November 2023, Sebastian Finke is Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon in Zurich and responsible for Finance and Accounting as well as for Investment Management.

In January 2017, Sebastian Finke started as Senior Investment Manager at Bantleon in Hannover and subsequently set up the Bantleon office in Munich. As Authorised Signatory and Head of Equity Portfolio Management, he was responsible for setting up the business unit »Equities and Alternative Solutions« and for developing various investment strategies. In January 2020, Sebastian Finke was announced Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH in Munich and was responsible for Equity Portfolio Management and Investment Solutions.

Before joining Bantleon, he worked as an M&A consultant for an industrial group. There he was involved in various buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions of different sizes and complexity as a specialist in financial due diligence and company valuation.

Sebastian Finke holds a Master's degree in Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh Business School and has more than ten years of experience in the financial sector.

Since February 2022, Marius Hoppe is Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH, Hanover, and is responsible for accounting, controlling and risk management.

Marius Hoppe joined Bantleon in July 2016 in the accounting/controlling department and in this role built up the Management Company. In December 2016, he became authorised signatory, and in January 2019 Head of Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management.

Before joining Bantleon, Marius Hoppe worked in tax consulting and auditing.

He trained as a banker at Commerzbank AG and studied economics at Leibniz University in Hanover and has more than ten years of experience in the financial sector.

Since January 2024, Dr. Dirk Rogowski is Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon GmbH in Hamburg and is responsible for Relationship Management/Sales and Rule-based Overlay Management.

After studying Business Administration at the Free University of Berlin, where he later completed his doctorate in addition to his professional activities, Dirk Rogowski began his professional career in the financial sector – with a focus on asset management. His stations include both the cooperative banking sector with positions at Berliner Volksbank eG and DZ Bank as well as the public sector with activities for Hamburger Sparkasse and HSH Nordbank. He also worked for the Boston Consulting Group for several years. Before joining Warburg Invest AG, he managed the German business of Veritas Institutional GmbH, Hamburg, for almost 14 years, where he was Co-Founder and Co-Owner. In addition, he was also Managing Director of Veritas Investment GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, for five years at the same time.

In July 2020, Dirk Rogowski joined as a Member of the Executive Board at Warburg Invest AG, which was acquired by Bantleon AG, Zurich, in August 2023 and renamed Bantleon Invest AG. Here he was responsible for Product and Portfolio Management, Business Development, Marketing as well as Finance, Audit and Human Resources. In January 2024, Dirk Rogowski was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH, where he is responsible for Relationship Management/Sales and Rule-based Overlay Management.

Caroline Specht is Member of the Executive Board at Bantleon Invest AG in Hanover.

After completing her apprenticeship as a bank clerk, Caroline Specht studied Law in Bayreuth, Mainz and Frankfurt a.M. as well as Financial Management (VWA) in Wiesbaden. She then worked for various capital management companies in Germany and Luxembourg and assumed various management functions, primarily in the area of administration of segregated accounts and direct investments for institutional investors.

In June 2019, Caroline Specht joined as a Member of the Executive Board at Warburg Invest AG, which was acquired by Bantleon AG, Zurich, in August 2023 and renamed Bantleon Invest AG. Here she is responsible for the areas of Fund Administration & Reporting, Risk Controlling & Solutions and Legal & Compliance.

Gerd Lückel has been a Member of the Executive Board of Bantleon Invest AG since January 2024 and is responsible for product and portfolio management, relationship management, business development and human resources.

After completing his apprenticeship as a banker, Gerd Lückel worked for over twelve years in private banking and wealth management at major German banks. He then took on various positions of responsibility and management roles in institutional asset management and investment consulting, most recently as managing partner of an investment consulting company in Frankfurt.

In September 2015, Gerd Lückel started as Head of Product and Portfolio Management at NORD/LB Asset Management AG in Hanover (now Bantleon Invest AG) and was appointed Chief Representative in 2017.

Gerd Lückel holds a degree in Banking Business Administration (BA) and has more than 35 years of experience in the financial sector.
