Bantleon is paving the way for growth in its asset management business by appointing two experienced sales experts to the Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH, Hanover: Jan Dismer, Head of Relationship Management Financial Institutions, and Christoph Schwarzmann, Head of Wholesale for the DACH region. Jan Dismer is overseeing financial institutions' own investments at Bantleon and will additionally take on overall responsibility for institutional sales. He succeeds Dr. Dirk Rogowski, who stepped down from management in January 2025 at his own request following the successful integration of the Management Company and overlay team into the Bantleon Group. The appointment of Christoph Schwarzmann to the Executive Board reflects the growing importance of the wholesale business for the company.

The Executive Board of Bantleon GmbH now consists of Marius Hoppe (Finance/Accounting, Risk Management and Compliance), Jan Dismer (Institutional Investors) and Christoph Schwarzmann (Wholesale, Marketing & Communication). Within the Bantleon Group, Bantleon GmbH is responsible for institutional relationship management (excluding Management Company business), wholesale, marketing & communication and portfolio management of infrastructure equities.
